Nice to have room that don't need acoustical treatment ... (I don't like that in living room, at all) ... just decoration ... :) It's an interesting set-up for hi-fi room. He has no room treatments and didn't need it. Although the music room does not have the traditional sound treatments, an improve...

Re: Playground for practical listening exercices
Yes definitely Spannko. In the past good option was Haybrook HB 0.5 and HB 1, Epos, Linns, but today ??? Being guided by the Source First philosophy, maybe the Nait should remain and the search for a complimentary pair of speakers should begin. Answers on the back of a post card, as they used to say!

Hi Charlie1, you mention "reckon" ... do you have such experience ... ? I need to do it or such kind of service to 2 pairs of drivers. No doubt the Kans play a key role, but all these clips seem to bee-bop along more than previous clips you've submitted. They really sound good. What source are you u...

Gents, what are the posibilities for service / re-cap or what is the name for complete service of Nait ... Clip 3 - https://www.dropbox.com/s/qfauql22fri2gh3/IMG_0165%5B1%5D.MOV?dl=0 The Nait has a certain way with the main riff in clip 3; great twang on the lead guitar before the bass comes in. Mak...

Thank you for your prompt and in detail answer Charlie1. You mean Linn K20 is = to Naim 4 cable ... If yes ... is it the same 3.5 m/L at least, as is for Naim 5 cable ? Yes, same cable as NACA4, but softer plastic so more flexible. Yeah, supposed to be 3.5m minimum as well AFAIR, although I'm not su...

I don't know what is the Beck opinion ... but yes, vibrations / resonance is sooo important ... Lejonklou products for example are ... fine tuned from legs, chassis, printed c. boards and so on ... It is a kind of transformation of the sound and the only thing I did was to change the contact points ...

You mean Linn K20 is = to Naim 4 cable ... If yes ... is it the same 3.5 m/L at least, as is for Naim 5 cable ? Makes me want to set up a small vintage system somewhere. It's good fun! Tukans and Keilidhs are cheap, easy to find, easy to drive and not too revealing. K20 is cheap too and pretty much ...
