Re: Karousel

wow with the first clips I thought the clips started at different times just to realize the Cirkus is throwing a lot of information away ... over the whole bandwidth of frequencies. At fist I thought its something else going on in your room. I am impressed.

Re: Netgear GS108T Power Supply

first I am always impressed how much music is coming out with the original Netgear power supply.
Mk5 was not particularly much different to me - maybe it is a fast rush of emotion but Mk6 put a smile in my face after just a few seconds - I really hope I am not wrong but thats the winner for me so far.

I think music matters more ;)
I am jumping between Option 1 and 2 and still think Option 2 is better but it makes me curious if Charlie and Beck prefer the other Option

Re: Playground for practical listening exercices

yes it helps the more we are as I sometimes have the feeling it depends on which initial melody I focus first and I still can’t let go if something sounds wired-even though it might be the better tune overall.

Re: Most Musical Gain Setting (Linto)

that makes me think of cutting the wires too - what you have to do is remove the boards? Maybe it was a cumulative effect because you than also have re-torqued the bords and the housing screws.

Re: Playground for practical listening exercices

Blimey, your system really throws out some deep bass. After about 30 sec I started to wonder if it was a remix. Do you have a concrete floor underneath? Very clear sound too, yet musical. Anyway, I found it quite close but slightly prefer 1 as well. Hi Charlie yes I have concrete floor underneath t...

Re: Playground for practical listening exercices

thank you all for your feedback and for reassuring me of Option1 running out of ideas Idea: whenever I see the cable to the radikal motor which includes the pin which connects to the motor switch I see it is clamped really heavy where the two cables split. I think putting the cable under such stress...

Re: Playground for practical listening exercices

the 3rd clip was pre-first as opposite to Option 1 which is Lingo2 first - I also thought pre first sounds interesting in the beginning but than I had the feeling I liked Lingo first better so I switched back - so back to option 1 Vlado: for clip two with reversed phase on Lingo 2 I think I can hear...

For a moment I thought you had beaten option 1 but ...... no. Option 1 for me once again. :-)
what made you think it was close to beat option 1?
I think it maybe was the third clip and not the second clip (reversed polarity on the Lingo 2)

I have ended my torque project with my cd player. The first try I found to be a little too sharp sounding and lacking a bit of body: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jmqilq1t0lpo1xd/Video%2031.03.2020%2016.51.30.mov?dl=0 My second try I like more: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hfdbr3d4d7xvnip/Video%2031.03.20...
