I'm sure Naim followers might have a big grin in their faces after such a stupid decision.

Re: LP12 Product History
Great info. Thanks for posting it. I'm missing info about the Troika MC cart. It's probably one of the very best. Made by Supex/Koetsu to Linn's own specs, I believe.

Re: Great Jazz Recordings
So am I. Got this album in vinyl and it's gorgeous. However, my favourites are the 45 rpm pressings from Analogue Productions. I've got four and they are superior to their 33 rpm siblings, even though their reissue of A portrait in jazz is no slouch either. I have never EVER heard any better-soundi...

Re: Henrik's rig
Lovely set up!
A minor note. That AT 95 looks a bit out of place though. A better cart will do wonders to your analogue front end. No matter how good that AT 95 is for the ridiculous outlay it represents its shortcomings become quite clear in such noble company ;-)

Re: Great Jazz Recordings
Actually I'm sort of in a Bill Evans phase right now and I enjoy his work in the Bill Evans Trio very much. I would also recommend this one: https://www.discogs.com/de/Bill-Evans-Some-Other-Time-The-Lost-Session-From-The-Black-Forest/master/988212 So am I. Got this album in vinyl and it's gorgeous....

FS. Audioquest AQ 404iL TORLAI
I have decided to part with my Audioquest 404 iL MC cart . New boron cantilever and Shibata stylus installed by Roberto Torlai the 21/04/2016. Max 50 hours since then. I have decided to hold on to my Transfiguration Spirit Mk3, as it's a better match to my SUT. I'm splitting hairs here. This cart re...

Re: DMM mastered vinyls?
All DMM copies I own sound worse than my plain ones. They sound thinner and "shouty". Voices and strings get a very artificial quality. Personally, I don't like them and tend to avoid them like the plague.
