Re: Linn Adikt 3
A little bit off topic but any idea if the Nagaoka MP-500 would be an upgrade to the Adikt? I am in the similar predicament on if the Adikt cost/value proposition is still valid compared to something 'newer' like the Nagaoka, once you get past the initial cartridge cost. Note that I don't know if th...

Re: Will a Gaio2 help with a recessed treble issue on my LP12?
Hi swajames, My deck also started at Majik specification, eventually upgraded to current Akurate level (Lingo 3 first and then Lingo 4) but still using an Adikt. My speakers are ProAc D15's so I am familiar with the synergy between Linn and ProAc (you didn’t state your amplification or digital sourc...

Re: SINGularity
Fredrik,
I am sure those copper boxes are a pretty penny and contribute to the cost of the Singularity. Have you considered testing how the Slipsik 7 circuitry sounds within a copper case?

"But to see and hear an original pair dating from 1958 in the room shared by Michigan dealer/manufacturer Nokturne Audio and Lejonklou HiFi from Sweden was a highlight of the 2019 AXPONA."
Pretty high praise from John Atkinson! Also good news to hear Thomas is recovering and doing well.

Re: Singularity
I want these just to match with my Accuphase integrated - though the price is a bit of a hurdle!
Re: Slipsik 7
Thanks Gammaboy. Looks like I know what my next upgrade will be and owe Thomas a call once I am ready.
Re: Slipsik 7
Tom upgraded my Slipsik 6 to a 7 and I received it today. System is LP12/Radikal/Keel/Aro/Adikt into a Sagatun 1.3/Tundra 2.2 with Linn Majik 140’s. I’ve just been listening to jazz trios so far (Jarrett, Corea, Evans). I fully expected the 7 to be a nice improvement, but I must admit that I am a b...
Re: Gaio 2
He is a bit late but Michael Fremer of Analog Planet has his long promised review of the Gaio out. He does mention the Gaio 2 also.

Re: Lejonklou Gaio
What I found interesting was that there is further life for a MM stage if one was to eventually move to a MC cartridge, the Lejonklou MM stages being such great products. The participants showed a preference for the Gaio with a headamp (and extra interconnect) versus the more expensive MM/MC Lehmann...

Re: Lejonklou Gaio
Michael Fremer has another MM phono stage shootout that includes the Gaio. This one is using a MM stage with a step transformer or headamp with a MC cartridge. He rightly points out this is just for fun and not scientific. The results are in and the Gaio with a Piccolo head amp ranked at the top. ht...

Re: Lejonklou Boazu Integrated Amp
... There is really only one way you could use a sub with Boazu and that is to take the signal from the speaker outputs. This is called 'high level' and should in theory be worse than using line level (at least in my opinion), but for some reason I find that in practice it often works great and som...

Re: Lejonklou at RMAF 2016 (Rocky Mountain Audio Fest
Not directly related to RMAF but related to Michael Fremer is his recent blog review of the Audio Alchemy's new phone preamp. It was highly positive towards the Gaio, possibly more so then the Audio Alchemy: http://www.analogplanet.com/content/audio-alchemys-high-performance-ppa-1-mmmc-phono-preampl...
