Soundwise there is not much different between normal (Klimasx/Akurate) DS and it´s Renew versions.

Like the Klimax Renew also the Akurate Renew uses the simple case.

It´s hard to get good prices for Linn amplifier theses days. I sold my 4200 for EUR 1800,- recently, going up the Klimax twin route.

You can buy every single piece of the housing as spare part from Linn.

I bought a silver sleeve for my 4200 and it was around EUR 66,-

So no big thing to get the case in black
