Can't help on the Contours, but I put Dynaudio Excites in my media room 21 months ago. Fronts, center, rears and 4 Dynaudio ceiling speakers for atmos. Plus 2 REL subs. I have been very pleased with them for the price. I do not know how long I will be in the house so I did not want to spend too much...

I use a REL S3 sub with 109s and like this combo a lot. The sub is more expensive than the 109s though.

It was upgraded to Tundra 2.1 about a year ago before I ever used it. i have been using it now for 7 or 8 months.

I would sell it for $2500.

In December 2015 I had it upgraded to a Tundra 2. I have been using it finally during the last few months.
